AUSTRALIA – Controlled Traffic Farming
BISO CONTRIBUTES TO THE AUSTRALIAN CONTROLLED TRAFFIC FARMING
The traffic control on field becomes strategic in the modern farming to reduce the soil compaction and increase the efficiency. The machineries become bigger and bigger and their performances too: nowadays are available 18 meters seeders and 36 meters sprayers. Those equipments are used in areas with big fields with the purpose to increase the field work efficiency and to reduce the soil compaction by using the same path for the different working phases (seeding, spraying, harvesting, etc.). This approach is becoming popular in Western Australia where the possibility to work on multiple of 18 meters is strategic since it will reduce by half the current wheeled area. The main constraints to reach the multiple of 18 meters working width was standing on the following aspects:
- Cutting tables for combine harvesters could reach a maximum of 13.7 meters;
- Uniform straw spreading on headers larger than 12 meters was not possible;
- Combine unloading with headers wider than 13.7 meters was difficult.
Today all above constraints have been resolved and for the cutting table, BISO with its 3D VARIOFLEX AIR i represents the answer to the combine front equipment as stated in the article which was published last 05/07/2020 in the CTF Magazine hereinafter presented.
BISO 3D – HYBRID FRAME
3D VARIOFLEX AIR i HEADER USES A 3rd GENERATION HYBRIDE FRAME
The key issue for a long lifetime of the header is a strong frame and a good trolley for header transport. The high quality header will not be recognized after one year in service, but after 10.000ha harvested and thousands of kilometers of transport on the header trailer. The steel header works well up to maximum 9m. And our steel frames apparently survive the most. The only solution is something we in BISO after years of research and development call the HYBRID FRAME.

Video report from Argentina TV - Canal Rural
At the Agritechnica 2019 trade fair, we were visited by several world newsrooms which were interested in our innovative products. Below, we add you a contribution that was presented by the Argentinian television Canal Rural.
Agritechnica 2019: BISO 3D VarioFlex•AIR•i
Big thanks to all our business partners
The worldwide exhibition Agritechnica 2019 is over and we, as BISO, can say that it was very successful! We also received a significant silver medal award for our new innovative product BISO VARIOFLEX 3D AIR i
Our greatest delight was when hundreds of customers came to our exhibition and admired the presented machines with us.
Above all, we would like to thank to our customers and business partners who came from all around the world.
It was again a very pleasant time spent discussing the technical solutions of our header but also the everyday problems of every farmer.
BISO 3D VARIOFLEX•AIR•i
Premium header in new 3D class
An efficient and relaxed harvest begins with the premium header. Premiums will include models that can harvest not only cereals, rape or soybeans, but also laid wheat or barley in the FLEX mode, even in shots over 9m. And all this with a precise cut at the required height in every situation.

AGRITECHNICA 2019 – award for premium header in new 3D class
The German national agricultural company DLG awarded us a silver medal for the BISO 3D VARIOFLEX AIR i header on the occasion of the upcoming AGRITECHNICA HANNOVER 2019 exhibition.
BISO 3D – NEW CLASS
UNIQUE HEADER BISO 3D AIR i – exceptional FLEX CONCEPT
We have been working on the new 3D generation header for many years. We have had several developmental generations and based on detailed analyses, many tests and measurements, we and our customers have come to the conclusion that the future is a combination of intake auger, VARIO system and FLEX cutting deck module.
BISO Schrattenecker – Austrian quality
Did you know that in the picturesque town of Ort im Innkreis, BISO Schrattenecker has taken another step forward, as it has in its slogan? Yes, that's right, and maybe you can say up to three extra steps. Sure, it may sound a bit like praise in my words, but it's not so. The independent German institute DLG itself rewarded us for these three steps, and we are proud of it. It is not a rule that small factories are awarded at prestigious international agricultural exhibitions such as Agritechnica 2009 in Hanover. However, we managed it last year again.
