Thanks to our dealer Készenlét Zrt., these days you can see a new header CropRanger VX750 TrendLineLight with Sampo C22 working together in pair in Hungarian fields.

Our customer started the new harvest season with the new BISO CropRanger VX850 TLL header and we are glad to be here and see the first steps in the field.

Its full name is BISO CropRanger VX TrendLineLight (TLL). The production has started in 2011 but don’t confuse it with CropRanger VX HighLine which was produced from 2001. CropRanger VX TLL is the latest model line of the vario table range with all the features and improvements. This header is not as famous as CropRanger HighLine (HL) or Ultralight (or 3D now). But in reality, it is still one of the best VARIO headers on the market, durable, simple for service and really driver-friendly.  Let’s look deeper at this BISO VARIO header which stands quietly behind, but in reality, it is the “pulling horse” of our brand.

The concept is fantastic. But what about the details? Look at the second part of the photo package focusing mainly on the details of this new header. In this part 2, we will look at the tablet, dividers, the air system, hydraulic tanks, combine connection points and the “trailer mode”.

We say that combines are statistically “in action” 22 days per year (during cereals harvest).  On some big farms, it can be only about 10-12 days only in their own territory. Days full of stress and pressure. With such a high performance, however, combines might have some technical problems … possibly even serious problems. For example, many small parts can stop the machine. So, let’s look at our top model in details.

Which segment are our customers coming for the BISO 3D technology from? Does this technology pay them off? Are these clients part of the core community of BISO who are loyal to the approved brand? Or are they new customers who make decisions only on the basis of a pragmatic economical evaluation?  

We bring you photos from the aggregation of the BISO Trendline Light header with the Deutz-Fahr combine harvester. The photos were taken during the soybean harvest. The main advantage of this header is the possibility of tilting to the tip, which ensures the best possible cutting of crops such as soybeans.

In the summer, we put into operation a world-unique one - the BISO Ultralight header with a working width of 14 m in combination with the CR9.80 combine harvester, which coped with the huge width effortlessly.

As part of the services our company offers to farmers, there is also the harvest of corn for grain. You could see the New Holland CX8080 SL combine equipped with an eight-row BISO CornPower corn adapter, for example, in the fields near Tišnov in the Brno region.

We are bringing you a video of the latest BISO Ultralight hybrid header, which has been paired with the John Deere S685i combine harvester. BISO offers the pairing of our cutting bars with all major cutting bar manufacturers on the market.

This season, we witnessed the premiere of the Deutz-Faht C9206 threshers in the Czech Republic. The threshers were equipped with 7.5-meter BISO VX750 CropRanger Trendline Light headers. Let's have a look at these beautiful photos with us.
